Emmy Winning team is working on a major cable network documentary on children ages 7-12 with learning differences. We are not trying to solicit a product here, but are hoping, rather that those in these online communities can help us with our search. We have been talking to (no child may participate without written parental permission) parents and children who are expressive, self aware and who can speak about how their LD affects their daily lives as well as their life in school; but also talk about what they love to do, what they're good at and their dreams and talents. What's they can do, in addition to what they cannot do.

We still are still looking both for a child with dyscalculia and a child with an auditory processing disorder who would feel empowered by participation, in the knowledge that they would be helping others as well as shattering misconceptions about LDs adn those who have them.
